A mobile silent auction is the same as a regular silent auction, except instead of writing your bids on a sheet of paper, all bidding is all done on your phone or other mobile device.
 
You are free to walk around, mingle with friends and even enjoy dinner at your table while still bidding on your phone and checking your bids. If you are outbid, you will receive a notification on your phone.
